Payment and Cancellation Policy
All lessons are to be paid for and scheduled on a monthly basis. Payment is due on the 23rd of each month for the following month. If payment is not received by its due date, lessons will not be scheduled for the following month. Date and time of lessons will only be reserved after payment is received. Students with credit from the previous month still need to pay the balance on the 23rd of each month. New students must pay seven days prior to their first lesson. Methods of payment are Cash, personal checks or credit card. Personal checks must be made payable to “Chi Chi Bella”. All students or parents must have a major credit card on file with Caruso Music. If payment is not received within 15 days of the due date (the 23rd of the month) then the payment will be charged to the credit card.
1/2-hour lessons = $24.00
1-hour lessons = $48.00
All Lessons require a 24-hour advance notice for cancellation. Those lessons canceled with at least 24 hours prior notice may be rescheduled. Date and time of rescheduled lesson will be dependent on availability. Lessons that are rescheduled must be taken within 30 days from date of cancellation. Rescheduled lessons must be made up, they cannot be applied as payment to the following month. In the event of the school closing, due to inclement weather, those lessons must also be rescheduled or forfeited. These lessons cannot be applied as payment to the following months lessons. Lessons that are canceled without a 24-hour advance notice will be forfeited. Lessons that have been canceled by the instructor may be rescheduled or applied as payment for the following month. Lessons canceled due to sickness, may only be rescheduled if canceled within 24 hours.
STUDENTS ARE ALLOWED TO MAKE-UP NO MORE THAN ONE LESSON EVERY TWO MONTHS, ANY OTHER LESSON MISSED DURING THAT TIME WILL BE FORFEITED. RELIGIOUS HOLIDAYS, SCHOOL VACATIONS, FAMILY VACATIONS, INCLEMENT WEATHER ALL APPLY TO THE CANCELATION POLICY, THEY MUST BE RESCHEDULED, THEY CANNOT BE DEDUCTED.
In the event of the school closing due to inclement weather, students will be notified by their teacher. In order to cancel a lesson, students must call 443-6810 and leave a message and also call their teacher.
